Map and FAQs

See our venues and find information about RunFest 2025. If we're missing something you'd like to know, please email sussexrunfest@gmail.com

Who is RunFest for?

Plus icon

The programme includes runs, classes and talks suitable for all kinds of runners – from those chasing a new personal best to those just getting started.

Where is it?

Plus icon

The Hop Sun Taproom (Triangle Rd, Haywards Heath, RH16 4HW) is our hub venue. We will host other activities at The Movement yoga studio, St Francis Social & Sports Club, and the Haywards Heath Baptist Church. Check each event's description for its location.

What does my ticket include?

Plus icon

A Sussex RunFest pass includes access to the runs, classes, talks, and workshops on your chosen day(s) – explore as much as you like!

To make sure they're as good as we want them to be, some events will have capacity limits—for example, to make sure a trainer can spend enough time supporting each person in their class.

There will be a simple booking system and we're putting on a good number and range of sessions so everyone can get their fill!

Can I buy tickets on the day?

Plus icon

Yes, you can! Although it helps us to plan if guests sign up ahead of time, we want to be flexible. Please just know that space-limited activities are first-come, first-served.

Is RunFest a charity event?

Plus icon

Your ticket price helps us to cover the key things needed for RunFest: first aiders, live music, equipment hire, insurance, volunteer expenses, on-site signage, this website, and more.

We're aiming just to cover our costs and if we do, a portion of the proceeds will go to relevant (running/wellbeing-related) good causes. The rest will be invested into future events.

Where can I park?

Plus icon

The Franklynn Road public car park is just around the corner. There’s also limited on-street parking west and east of the Hop Sun.

RunFesters will also be able to use the car park at St Francis Social & Sports Club while they're attending the event - just remember to register your vehicle number inside the club house!

Where can I stay (and is there camping)?

Plus icon

The Birch Hotel and the Premier Inn Haywards Heath are the closest hotel and both are in walking distance of The Hop Sun. The latter is also right by the train station. RunFest isn't a camping festival (at least not yet!)

Where can I eat and drink?

Plus icon

Check out their website. St Francis Social & Sports Club will also offer refreshments to RunFesters.
